About 

My mom and I immigrated from León, Mexico when I was 3 and she was 27. In 2012, we started Natural Break out of our garage with just $300 from a yard sale on one of the hottest days of the summer.

We began selling juices door to door, business to business, mechanic shop to mechanic shop. After years of hustling across the San Fernando Valley, we opened our store front on the corner of Magnolia & Coldwater.

From the start, our mission was simple: bring healthy, affordable, and accessible options to our community.

In August 2024, my mom stepped down and I took over.

I renamed our family business Natural Hour to honor our roots and make space for new chapters.

Today, we also run a traveling tea truck called Blue Hour and host herbalism events all over Los Angeles.

This space is a love letter to where we come from and what we believe in: health, care, creativity, and community.
